We'll take a look back at 2019 to highlight notable changes to oil and gas regulation in the Rockies, including:
-The passage and implementation of Colorado S.B.181
-Recent Rulemakings in light of S.B.181's new directives (and a look at what's ahead in 2020_
-Additional federal/state regulatory developments relevant to operators in other Rocky Mountain jurisdictions.
One CDOA credit and one CPLTA credit pending approval.
