MENU: Lunch will be served “family style,” including the following:
Appetizer: Spinach & Artichoke al Forno and Crispy Pepperoni Risotto Bites

Pasta: Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce and Gnocchi & Italian Sausage
Entrée: Oven-Roasted Pork Loin, Balsamic Cream Sauce

"Title Risk Analysis & Comparative Overview of Suspense of Proceeds Statutes"
Bresee will be speaking on royalty payment statutes in Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota and
Texas. She will discuss grounds for suspense in each of these states and evaluate existing case law
or agency decisions. She will also provide a quick overview of risk assessment in title defects in
light of the relevant statutes and provide guidelines for risk assessment and suspense of proceeds.
One CDOA credit and one CPLTA credit pending approval.
COST: $38.00 members; $45.00 non-members
Membership is determined by 2019 membership in DADOA

Three scholarships to attend the NADOA conference will be awarded at this luncheon.
Requirements to receive a scholarship include:
- Must be a DADOA and NADOA member prior to the drawing at the July DADOA luncheon
- Must be registered and present at the July DADOA luncheon
- Can’t have won a scholarship in the previous two years (Lost Pines and Nashville)
Receipts will be required for reimbursement
No entertainment-related expenses will be reimbursed (i.e., spa trips or golf fees)
