Deana Allen is Senior Counsel at Beatty & Wozniak, P.C., in Denver, Colorado, where she practices in the firm’s Oil & Gas Title and Transactional Groups. She is licensed to practice in Texas, Colorado and North Dakota. Her practice is devoted exclusively to the oil and gas industry, including rendering drilling, division order, leasehold and acquisition title opinions and representing clients in all phases of acquisition and divestiture transactions.

Three scholarships to attend the NADOA conference will be awarded at this luncheon.
Requirements to receive a scholarship include:
- Must be a DADOA and NADOA member prior to the drawing at the July DADOA luncheon
- Must be registered and present at the July DADOA luncheon
- Can’t have won a scholarship in the previous two years
Receipts will be required for reimbursement
No entertainment-related expenses will be reimbursed (i.e., spa trips or golf fees)
