Oilfield Helping Hands, established in Houston in 2003 as a nonprofit charitable organization, helps oilfield families in financial crisis.

Diana Prulhiere and David Little will provide an overview of recent regulatory and litigation matters in Colorado affecting the oil and gas industry. Topics include:
Recent findings and next steps relating to the Notice to Operators to immediately inspect flowlines issued by the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission in May 2017;
Governor Hickenlooper’s seven point program announced on August 22, 2017, addressing issues relating to flowlines, orphan wells and the safety of oil and gas workers;
The latest on permitting new oil and gas operations in Colorado, including the application for state approval of a Comprehensive Drilling Plan in Boulder County, Colorado;
Important court decisions in Colorado relating to local government moratoria, gas royalty deductions and the COGCC’s authority to regulate oil and gas development in a manner consistent with public health and safety.
One CDOA credit and one CPLTA credit pending approval.
