MENU:              Lunch will be served “family style,” including the following:

                        Appetizer: Sausage & Peppers & Crispy Zucchini Fritte

                        Pasta:        Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce and Rigatoni "D"

                   Entree:       Grilled Chicken, Tomatoes & Basil

                        Dessert:     Tiramisu

Anatomy of a Farmout Agreement

This presentation will cover the basic structure of a farmout agreement, critical terms defining the parties' interests, and potential pitfalls for those distributing revenues pursuant to farmouts. It will also include a discussion of challenges presented by chaining title and calculating ownership interest in leases subject to farmout agreements.

 

One CDOA credit and one CPLTA credit pending approval.    

 

COST:              $38.00 members;  $45.00 non-members

 

Membership is determined by 2017 membership in DADOA

Four scholarships to attend the NADOA conference will be awarded at this luncheon.

Requirements to receive a scholarship include:

  • Must be a DADOA and NADOA member prior to the drawing at the July DADOA luncheon
  • Must be registered and present at the July DADOA luncheon
  • Can’t have won a scholarship in the previous two years

Receipts will be required for reimbursement

No entertainment-related expenses will be reimbursed (i.e., spa trips or golf fees)
