How Regulatory Issues Affect Division Orders"

Whether in a bull or bear oil price environment, proper payment and timely collection of oil and gas proceeds lies at the heart of every oil and gas company. James will discuss regulatory tools that can help operators and non-operators alike properly collect and distribute proceeds. Additionally, James will discuss common pitfalls that can lead to the improper distribution of proceeds. Topics will include risk penalty assessment, suspense fund resolution, collecting from deadbeat operators and non-operators, nuances of pooling, and nonpayment complaints and hearings. James will generally cover the Rocky Mountain Region with a focus on Colorado, North Dakota and Wyoming. 

 

One CDOA credit and one CPLTA credit pending approval.    

 

COST:              $38.00 members;  $45.00 non-members

 

Membership is determined by 2017 membership in DADOA
