MENU: Lunch will be served “family style,” including the

Entree: Chicken Saltimbocca

"Statutory Pooling in Colorado"
The presentation will cover the specifics of the Statutory
Pooling process in Colorado while addressing specific issues
dealing with unresponsive/unlocateable WI parties, cold
title issues and royalty owners in which their lease cannot
be amended.
One CDOA credit and one CPLTA credit pending approval.
COST: $33.00 members; $40.00 non-members
Membership is determined by 2016 membership in DADOA

· You must be actively working or seeking work in the oil and gas Land field.
· You must attend the July 18th luncheon and be present at the time of drawing.
