Overview of the state statutes and regulations affecting the oil and gas industry in the states of Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, Texas, and Louisiana discussing the differing types of ownership, trusts and bankruptcy, as well as testate and intestate estates.
One CDOA credit and one CPLTA credit pending approval.
COST: $33.00 members; $40.00 non-members
